Ruturn Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 07 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Certain types of items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable.
2. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at printgallery@live.com and send your item to: [physical address].
5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
